Sushi King Day

From 12 till 15 is Sushi King day..haha..I'm a sushi lover..so will not miss this time to enjoy those benifit of the day..So 4 of us ( Angeline , Me , Paye Woen & Erjie ) going today..called Yun Chee..but she have no respond..then we juz knew she go to s'pore lor..bad her..go alon...wowow..happy.. reach there almost 3pm k? Then still need line up more..T-T

But our Erjie very good lor..she go help us grab table for us..haha..she very brave lor..No time for pic la guys..enjoying our sushi more important..haha..4 of us juz eated 23 plate of sushi ==" Is more or little leh? I don't know..hehe..but am I eat a lot that day? Normal lor..but sure is more than Paye Woen n Angeline..hahahahaha ^^

Family day

Going to my 3rd aunt house this morning..Cuz wanna take things from my cousin..So early 10am me n my mum n my dad go together..reach there..hehe..my aunt juz finished do jelly..so hardworking lor..my another couson name Suika also at there..so we 3 online see shirt or..haha..you know la..our shirt will never enough..

Around half hour, Suika need back home cuz need study for her STPM exam..nevermind lor..still have Jia Yi..but my dad wanna use their computer lor..haiz..so we 2 plus 2 aunty..haha..half chatting half eat jelly make by my aunt..after that we go Jusco bought McD as lunch..haha..after finish lunch..hehe..is time to make cookies..my aunt teach me do cookies..name Mocha Shortbread Fingers. Saw Yen Pey Facebook upload some handmake mooncake..so think to learn do some give Jeff..hehe..give him some surprise ma..having exam at Thursday 2:30 till 4:30..reach home already super tired lor..who know Yen Pey called me said now she free n will fetch me bout 5 more min ==" what to do?? Sure go la..

Acc we are doing 冰皮月饼 la..hehe..English called what?? Cold skin mooncake??? I don't think so ==" ok..the point is..I can't take pic while I learning to do those mooncake..cuz hand-make use need use ur hand la..wakakaka

Here the recipe

Ingre than u need to prepare..

.

Water 350ml

Pandan Leaf Essence 1tsp

Icing Sugar 180g

Gao Fun 240g

Shortening 60g

.

For the inti..we bought from the shop..you may buy some melon seeds or seeds that you like..mix it with your inti..you also may use others essence as you like..

Steps

1. Add Pandan Leaf essence and some green colour folour colouring into the water.

2. Mixwell Gou Fen with Icing sugar, after that pour the water into the mixture.

3. Make the mixture to a dough.

4. Add in shortening into the dough and mix well. You must melt the shortening before pour into the dough.

5. Divide the dough into 50g each and divide the inti 50g each too.

6. Make it like do Pau like that. Make sure your inti not coming out from the skin.

7. Use a mooncake 'acuan' to make the shape of mooncake.

8. Keep it in refrigerator and serve it.

Haha..how good my english..acuan also keluar..not bad la..I'm transfer Chinese to English for you all d la..very hard u know..Emm ya..juz so easy..but you need practices more to get a good result lor..good luck everyone..haha ^^

While playing game, Miaw Horug called me ask wanna go out together..everyone meet at my house then Han Wen fetch us go Dp..Today is Han Wen birthday but still need he drive..really paiseh..hehe..is Kim la..he said tired n hot..dunno what theory..hot cannot drive meh ==" Hehe..nvm la..pass d..Go there 1st thing is do Han Wen watch..Kai Kher them present Han Wen a dunno what brand de watch la..haha..sorry for my blurness..Cuz is too big for him..so go 'cut' it short..hahaha..

After that we go A&W lor..izzit A&W ?? Haha..i guess so la..The food not nice lor..Lucky I didn't order..haha..the burger is very hard..I mean the meat..then my fren order hotdog...but the bread was very very hard..n the sauce not nice at all ==" oly the drink is nice..Rootbear flood..haha..Kai Kher order 1 glass but he dun like with the ice cream..so give Han Wen..Kim also dunno like the taste of the vanilla ice cream..Also give Han Wen..he Have 3 scoop ice cream leh..so happiness..If know I also order that drink..then can have many ice cream..hahahaha
